CLLIX has appointed Mark Hodge as its new chief operating officer, strengthening its executive team with his 30 years of senior leadership experience in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Hodge has a track record of improving operating performance, executing commercial restructures and delivering sustainable earnings growth across complex asset portfolios.
“We are delighted to welcome Mark Hodge to the CLLIX leadership team,” CLLIX CEO Michael Song said. “Mark brings more than three decades of senior operational leadership experience across complex accommodation portfolios. Mark’s depth of experience across both single-asset and multi-asset environments, together with his focus on operating discipline, asset performance, and team leadership, will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our operations & portfolio as we continue to grow.”
As COO, Hodge’s responsibilities include operational strategy and execution across CLLIX’s portfolio. He will work closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen operating discipline, enhance asset performance and support long-term value creation.
Hodge has held executive leadership roles, including chief executive officer, senior vice president and group general manager, across both single-asset and multi-asset portfolios, working with global hotel groups such as Accor and Mantra Group. His experience spans corporate and resort-style operations, with a deep understanding of both strata and traditional hotel ownership structures.
“CLLIX has built a strong operating platform and a clear strategic focus,” Hodge said. “I look forward to working with the leadership team to strengthen performance across the portfolio and support disciplined, sustainable growth.”
CLLIX said Hodge is regarded as commercially astute, with a strategic and analytical approach, and is recognised as a trusted adviser to boards and executive teams.
