Club Med is pleased to introduce to the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events) industry, Manveer Ramdhian, as its new MICE Account Manager for the Pacific market.

With extensive experience in orchestrating seamless events, Ramdhian joins the Club Med Pacific team after more than six years working within the Club Med resorts. In his latest role as Meetings and Events Manager for Club Med Tomamu in Japan, he oversaw all events from month long full resort buyouts by corporate clients to small scale incentives.

Acting as a key liaison between Club Med’s business offices, on-site teams, and corporate clients, Manveer was also responsible for managing operations and curating bespoke experiences for clients, a role that seamlessly aligns with Club Med’s MICE offering.

With his wealth of expertise, knowledge of the hospitality industry, and dedication to creating premium experiences for Club Med clients, Ramdhian is the perfect fit to step into the MICE Account Manager role to deliver exceptional experiences for both current and prospective clients.

The appointment follows a string of team movements for the Club Med Pacific MICE sector in 2024 with Tomasina Boone joining the team as MICE Business Development Manager and Julie Voultepsis stepping into the role of Head of MICE.

Michelle Davies, General Manager for Club Med Pacific said: “Our Meetings and Events sector saw significant growth last year with our business volume up by 54 per cent on the year prior, reinforcing the demand for face-to-face connection in a premium setting.

“With 50 per cent of inquiries for the upcoming year focused on incentives and 30 per cent on corporate meetings, the MICE sector shows no signs of slowing down. Manveer’s expertise in resort operations and his commitment to delivering exceptional experiences will be key in meeting this demand and taking this important part of our business to new heights.

“As we continue to solidify our position in the Australian industry, we look forward continuing to provide extraordinary experiences for our clients and to seeing what we can achieve moving forward.”

Manveer Ramdhian, MICE Account Manager for Club Med Pacific said: “My time in the resorts has given me invaluable insights into the essence of each destination—what makes them special, how they operate, and how they can be tailored to create extraordinary experiences. I’m excited to use this knowledge to help businesses craft impactful meetings, events, and incentive programs across our incredible Club Med resorts.”

“As a pioneer in all-inclusive travel, Club Med provides something truly unique in the corporate events space. I look forward to collaborating with organisations to show how our MICE solutions can elevate team synergy, creativity, and collaboration as the place to be happy is in Club Med!”

The addition of Manveer to the Club Med team comes as Club Med launches its first Meetings and Events digital brochure since before the pandemic. Unveiling a seamless, all-inclusive approach to corporate gatherings, incentives and celebrations in over 60 breathtaking destinations worldwide, the new digital brochure solidifies Club Meds’ offering for clients.

Available from 12 February, the new digital brochure is designed for event planners, corporate travel managers and incentive specialists and showcases all they need to know about Club Med’s offering including its Rent a Resort concept, sustainability initiatives and its Advantage Program all in one seamless place to support them in their event journey.

The brand-new Meetings & Events Digital Brochure also follows the successful launch of Club Med’s inaugural Meetings and Events Sustainability Report late last year, providing a comprehensive source of key information to support companies with the implementation of sustainable initiatives at their events.
