Club Med has appointed Nui Jirasakstaporn as its new MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and events) business development manager for the Pacific market.

With more than a decade of experience at Club Med, she brings a deep understanding of the brand, its products and its partners to the team. Since the beginning of her journey with Club Med in 2013 as a Call Centre Travel Experience Designer, Jirasakstaporn has built a reputation for exceptional service, attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating memorable travel experiences for guests.

In 2019, she progressed into the role of call centre supervisor, where she led and supported teams while continuing to deliver the high standards of service that define the Club Med spirit.

In 2025, she made the decision to take on a new challenge, transitioning into Meetings & Events – a move driven by her passion for organising experiences and seeing first-hand the impact that well-executed group travel and events can have on people and businesses.

Nui joins the MICE team following Tomasina Boone’s internal appointment to the role of omnichannel manager.

“Nui’s extensive experience within Club Med, combined with her strong relationships with our Travel Agent partners and the wider travel industry, makes her a fantastic addition to our MICE team,” Club Med Pacific general manager and new ESAP Markets Michelle Davies said. “Her deep understanding of our brand and commitment to service will be invaluable as we continue to grow our MICE business across the Pacific.

“Our MICE business continues to build strong momentum, with forward sales for 2026 up 110%. With the opening of Club Med South Africa Beach & Safari in July of this year, our MICE portfolio is evolving into new territories with our first-ever dedicated conference center at the heart of the resort. It’s an incredibly exciting time, and we look forward to Nui building on this momentum and driving the next phase of growth.”

Born in Bangkok, Thailand, Nui’s love of travel runs deep. Her favourite destination is Japan, where she is drawn to the food, culture and unique experiences, and she has Europe firmly set on her travel bucket list, with the Netherlands next in her sights.

“I’ve always loved helping people bring their travel ideas to life, but there’s something incredibly special about events and group experiences – seeing them come together and witnessing the difference they make,” Nui said. “Club Med’s culture and spirit are what have kept me here for so long, and while this is a big change, I’m so excited to bring my energy and experience to the MICE team.”

Travel partners can expect the same friendly, knowledgeable and trusted support Nui has been known for over the years, now applied to Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events, supporting group travel with care, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
