Club Med has teamed up with Air Canada to welcome six of its travel agent partners from across Australia to Club Med Québec Charlevoix for its 2024 VIP Trip.
Building on the ongoing success of its Japanese and European ski resorts, a selection of Club Med’s Diamond travel agent partners were invited to venture beyond Club Med’s most renowned ski destinations and discover everything that Club Med and Québec Charlevoix have to offer.
With a jam-packed six-day itinerary, the VIP Trip kicked off on the slopes, giving agents a firsthand experience of Club Med Québec Charlevoix’s seamless ski operations, alongside incredible views from the mountain summit overlooking the stunning St. Lawrence River. This was followed by a brand immersion session, where agents were given a first look at Club Med’s latest brand developments.

Club Med Pacific head of Trade Sales Lisa Bacon said they were thrilled to host the Australian Diamond travel agent partners.
“With Australia ranking among the top four markets globally for Club Med ski sales, this VIP Trip was a fantastic opportunity to broaden our agents’ knowledge and inspire confidence in selling a lesser-known destination within our portfolio.
“Despite sales for Québec Charlevoix soaring by 148 per cent for the 2025/2026 ski season, many agents are unaware of the presence of a Club Med resort in Canada and the convenience of extending a holiday in Canada to this destination. As a four-season resort, with incredible spring ski conditions and summer activities like hiking, biking, and whale watching, Club Med Québec Charlevoix is a compelling year-round destination.”
Each morning was spent skiing, while afternoons were dedicated to immersive group experiences. From a guided tour of Québec City to a tasting experience in nearby Baie Saint Paul to activities perfect for non-skiers such as dog sledding and horse riding through the snowy mountains, agents were given a well-rounded view of the destination. In between, there was time to unwind and enjoy the resort’s spa, pools, and saunas, before indulging in gourmet dining and evening entertainment.

VIP Trip attendee Cassie Muhlhan of Where 2 Travel said the resort exceeded her expectations.
“From the moment I arrived I knew this property was something special. Its modern design is stunning, with a real feel for Canada and every detail, from the rooms to the public spaces felt elevated. The food was delicious with different dishes offered day and night making it a standout.
“The overall resort atmosphere and range of activities made the biggest impression on me,” she added. “The VIP Trip 2024 was one of the best Club Med experiences I’ve ever had and allowed me to identify high end clients and families as the ideal target demographic. It’s a product and destination I genuinely want to promote and sell to clients, and I’m already working alongside my team to take sales to new heights.”

As part of a broader North American itinerary, Québec Charlevoix offers the perfect Canadian escape following a city break in New York, a scenic drive to Niagara Falls, or a cultural stopover in Toronto.
Travel agents can secure up to 30 per cent off their clients’ stay at Club Med Québec Charlevoix when travelling between 28 November 2025 and 3 May 2026 with Club Med’s Early Bird Sale 2026. Agents will need to be quick however with the sale set to end on 9 May.
