Club Med executive Michelle Davies has announced she has taken on an expanded leadership role, now serving as General Manager – Pacific & New ESAP Markets, following a recent organisational restructure.
Davies shared the update in a LinkedIn post, saying she was “happy to share” that she had started the new position after a strong period of integration in the market.
Based in Sydney, Davies’ remit now extends beyond the Pacific to include oversight of the newly defined ESAP markets — Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines — significantly broadening her regional responsibilities.
According to her LinkedIn career history, Davies has been with Club Med for more than five years. She was promoted to General Manager – Pacific Markets in 2021, where she led the Pacific office through the post-pandemic recovery. Prior to that, she served as Head of Marketing from 2020, navigating the business through the COVID-19 disruption and leading the rebound strategy.
Before joining Club Med, Davies held senior marketing roles at My Muscle Chef, including Marketing Manager and Brand, Content & Campaign Manager, where she oversaw rebranding and digital strategy initiatives.
Her latest appointment comes as Club Med continues to strengthen its presence across Asia-Pacific and emerging South and East Asian markets, with the expanded structure reflecting the company’s growth
