Coffs Coast Marketing has unveiled the new design for the region’s official tourism website, coffscoast.com.au.

The new site is tablet and mobile device-friendly, providing tourists with enhanced access to destinations, information about travel experiences, mapping, campaigns, touring trails and events.

Coffs Harbour City Council Industry and Destination Development section leader, Stephen Saunders said that the website welcomes 350,000 visits a year and offers information on over 101 things to do and 200 places to stay.

“The redeveloped website is optimised for different devices and designed to be visually-engaging, destination-focused, socially-connected and easy to navigate,” he said.

Users also have a more personalised experience offered via heart icons that allow visitors to store their favourite attractions, events, restaurants and tours for later reference.

“Website visitors over the coming months will also ‘e-meet’ some of Coffs Coast’s favourite local personalities and characters as they share their favourite hot spots and insider tips, along with blogger stories that will take visitors beyond the main attractions,” said Saunders.
