Connections Travel Group is celebrating its 25th anniversary with its highly anticipated annual conference – Ubuntu Infinite 2025 – at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove starting tomorrow.

The theme, Infinite – Living Absolutely, reflects CTG’s enduring belief in the African philosophy of Ubuntu: “I am because of you, we are because of each other.” This guiding principle has shaped the company’s evolution over the past quarter-century, underscoring the vital role that people, partnerships, and purpose play in driving sustainable success.

The conference brings together 135 staff members from across CTG’s specialist divisions – CT Connections (Corporate Travel), Edge Connections (Luxury Leisure Travel), and Totem Connections (MICE) alongside valued suppliers, partners, and industry guests.

“For 25 years, Connections Travel Group has thrived because of the strength of our relationships,” CTG founder and CEO, Gary Reichenberg, said. “Our people, our clients, and our suppliers have all contributed to this journey. Ubuntu Infinite 2025 is both a celebration of that shared success and a bold statement of where we’re headed.”

Inaugural Ubuntu Awards

The three-day program features inspiring keynote speakers, including an address by Reichenberg, expert panels, technology showcases, and the inaugural Ubuntu Awards – recognising individuals and organisations who exemplify CTG’s values of collaboration, innovation, and impact.

A key highlight is the Welcome Dinner tomorrow, Friday, 25 July 2025, making the 25th anniversary conference even more symbolic. The event also includes The Connect Lounge Supplier Showcase, where CTG’s partners showcase innovations, strengthen relationships, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

Connections Travel Group continues to lead the way in embracing industry transformation. CT Connections was the first Australian travel management company to access Qantas Premium NDC content, delivering immediate savings and enhanced value to clients. This future-focused approach reflects CTG’s commitment to not only keeping pace with change but actively shaping the future of travel.

“As we enter our next chapter, we remain committed to shaping the future of travel with purpose, passion, and a forward-thinking approach,” Reichenberg added. “We’re not here to watch the industry evolve – we’re here to lead that evolution. Ubuntu Infinite 2025 is a reflection of that spirit.”

With more than $250 million in annual travel spend, continued investment in cutting-edge technologies like AI and next-gen content delivery, Connections Travel Group is poised for its next era of growth, resilience, and leadership in the Australian travel landscape.
