Corporate Travel Management has been named “Leading Travel Management Company 2025” at the World Travel Awards in both the Australia and New Zealand categories.

The annual World Travel Awards celebrates excellence across all sectors of the global travel and tourism industry, with industry leaders coming together for a black-tie event at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.

“I’m proud to see CTM’s New Zealand business acknowledged as a market leader,” CTM’s New Zealand general manager, David McKellar, said in acknowledgement of the award win.

“Our history in New Zealand spans over 40 years, and we’ve dedicated that time to understanding the unique requirements of our region so we can be that number one choice for Kiwi businesses.”

CTM’s CEO AU/NZ, Jo Sully, was equally proud of the acknowledgement across each market.

“CTM Australia & New Zealand has had an incredible year of new business wins and strong customer retention,” Sully said. “Through new efficiencies in automation and AI, our customer service team is spending more time supporting customer requests that require their industry-leading travel expertise, leading to greater satisfaction among staff and customers.

“Earning the title as both Australia’s and New Zealand’s Leading TMC is testament to that local focus and dedication to our customers in each market we operate in.”
