Off the back of its latest website revamp, Creative Holidays is at it again, steamrolling ahead with version 2.2.

From easier searches and simplified guest inputs to on request hotels, Creative Holidays has a suite of features it’s ready to share with agents.

“We have listened to our agent partners, and honed in on their specific needs to make booking travel really simple,” managing director James Gaskell said.

“There are three key new features including improved search, simplified passenger number input and “on request” only displaying on hotels where all room types are on request.”

“These enhancements make it even simpler for agents to search and book the thousands of hotels, wholesale and retail airfares, packages, transfers and incredible experiences now on offer through Creative Holidays, while being rewarded with great commission.”

Here’s what you need to know about the changes:

1. Improved search functionality

Making it even easier to find and book the thousands of hotels, wholesale and retail airfares, packages, transfers and experiences on offer, agents can now filter search:

  • By experience and transfer names to quickly find the preferred service
  • On flight search results to easily locate the cheapest flight by airline

2. Simplified guest / passenger number input

Agents can now select the number of guests/passengers via a simple drop down menu. In the instance of children or infants travelling, the drop down also provides the option to input their ages.

3. On request hotels

“On Request” now only displays on a hotel search results page when all of the room types are on request, saving agents time and clicks.

“With these developments, and those currently in the works, Creative Holidays is committed to delivering exceptional service, product value and innovations in technology to make travel simple,” Gaskell said.

“We really appreciate the ongoing support from our travel agent partners and would encourage those who may not have booked with Creative Holidays for a while to give our new booking engine a try and experience the difference.”

Agents can login at http://www.creativeholidays.com/agents using the username they received via email or create a new agency account.
