Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa has launched its new state-of-the-art convention centre and event space which marks the completion of a multi-million-dollar transformation that positions the resort as a leading destination for events in Fiji.
Spanning an impressive 16,576 sqm, the resort offers eleven versatile meeting and function spaces purpose-built to host everything from corporate conferences and product launches to grand weddings and gala celebrations:
- Crown Convention Centre: the new convention centre is one of Fiji’s largest purpose-built venues, featuring a pillarless 925 sqm ballroom for up to 1,500 guests, dedicated pre-function areas, private entrances, and full in-house AV services. Flexible panelled walls ensure superior acoustics and allow seamless division into multiple event spaces.
- Event Centre 1, 2 & 3: Three identical spaces (12.5m × 24.3m) perfect for concurrent sessions, exhibitions and medium-sized celebrations, each hosting up to 448 theatre-style, 180 banquet-style or 350 cocktail guests.
- Baravi Ballroom: A sophisticated 493sqm space ideal for gala dinners, weddings and major social events, with capacity for up to 450 guests banquet-style with contractable walls for smaller meetings, ensuring a tailored experience for every client.
- Baravi 1: Flexible 332 sqm subdivision of the main ballroom suited to mid-sized events, hosting up to 370 theatre-style, 240 banquet-style or 200 cocktail guests.
- Baravi 2: Designed for smaller functions and breakout sessions, with capacity for 155 theatre-style, 80 classroom-style or 100 cocktail guests.
- VoliVoli Boardroom 1 & 2: Two contemporary 59sqm executive boardrooms featuring advanced conferencing technology and high-speed internet, ideal for meetings and workshops of up to 24 guests.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the centre can be configured to suit both intimate gatherings and large-scale events, meeting the growing demand for modern, high-end venues in the region. Outside, the resort’s beachfront setting overlooking Wailoaloa Beach provides a breathtaking backdrop for open-air functions and sunset receptions.
