Cruiseabout has opened the doors to its newest store at Indooroopilly in Brisbane, marking the brand’s 10th retail location nationally and the first of five planned openings for FY27.
The launch gives Queensland the largest Cruiseabout retail presence in Australia, with four stores now operating across the state.
Cruiseabout general manager Brad Kennedy said the decision to return to Indooroopilly was driven by customer demand and data insights showing strong cruise interest across Brisbane’s western suburbs.
“Data from both our cruise line partners and online teams has shown us there is a strong community of Australian travellers in the western suburbs who love cruising,” Kennedy said.

“Before our rebrand, we had a store in Indooroopilly that was always really popular, so we’re excited to return and reconnect with local cruise lovers.”
The new store strengthens Cruiseabout’s Brisbane presence across the north, southeast and western suburbs, as the brand continues its national expansion.
Leading the Indooroopilly team is cruise industry veteran Debbie Monk, who brings more than two decades of experience, including six years working onboard cruise ships with Norwegian Cruise Line and Princess Cruises.
“I’ve been in the cruise industry for more than 20 years, and it’s still something I get excited about,” Monk said.
“The best part of my job is sharing my passion with customers and helping them choose a cruise that completely exceeds their expectations.”
The store opening comes as Cruiseabout continues to grow its retail and online offering, with its fourth online and remote team, CATA White, recently launched.
The brand will open its 11th store in Doncaster, Victoria, in November as part of its FY27 expansion plans.
