Cruiseabout has opened its ninth store at Erina Fair Shopping Centre on the New South Wales Central Coast, marking another milestone in the brand’s national expansion.
The store was officially opened by the Mayor of the Central Coast, Lawrie McKinna, and was attended by key customers and cruise line partners.
Cruiseabout head of operations Kelly Neri said the Erina opening reflected the brand’s continued investment in face-to-face cruise expertise.
“At Cruiseabout, our relationships – with our customers and our cruise line partners – are everything,” Neri said.
“Those partnerships are what allow us to deliver outstanding value and truly remarkable experiences. We’re thrilled to bring that to the Central Coast.”
Team Leader Chelsea Hayes will head the Erina team. Speaking at the launch, Ms Hayes said the opening was a proud moment for both the team and the community.
“I am very proud to stand here in front of our peers, our customers, our friends and family and welcome you all to Cruiseabout Erina,” Hayes said.
“One of the things I’ve always loved about this industry is that we get to choose the community we become part of — and we’ve chosen this one.
“We want to take the time to get to know our customers and be part of their holiday from the planning stage right through to hearing all about it when they return.”
Cruiseabout Erina is now open at Erina Fair Shopping Centre, and the brand will prepare to open its tenth store at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre in Brisbane imminently.
Customers are invited to visit the store to speak with a cruise specialist and begin planning their next holiday.
