CT Partners’ 2025 Annual Conference is taking place in Singapore from 29 to 31 October, bringing together the network’s leading independent travel businesses and industry partners for three days of strategy, connection and inspiration.

With the theme ‘Resilience & Reinvention’, this year’s conference has attracted a record 105 delegates, including representatives from 36 supplier partners and 60 member delegates, along with special guest Dean Long, CEO of the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA).

The program features a mix of forward-looking business strategy sessions, market insights, innovation showcases and premium engagement opportunities between members and suppliers, alongside local cultural experiences designed to spotlight a different side of Singapore.

A major highlight is the keynote speaker Ben Pronk, a decorated former SAS Commander turned leadership advisor, known for his work in resilience, high-performance decision-making and leading under pressure. Ben now serves as executive-in-residence at the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Board member for VGI Partners and Patron of the Military Art Program Australia.

The Conference culminates with a gala dinner in Gardens by the Bay where The Ian Edwards Award will be presented.

The Ian Edwards Award was introduced in 2022 CT Partners’ conference, in memory of Ian Edwards who had been the heart and soul of CT Partners from the creation of the company until his untimely death in 2021. This very special award is voted on by members and recognises an individual supplier partner who goes above and beyond in their support of CT Partners members.

This year’s conference comes on the back of a strong showing for the network at the 2025 National Travel Industry Awards, where several CT Partners members were recognised as finalists and winners in major national categories – including ATPI Australia, CT Connections, The Incentive Lab, TravelManagers and Sanford International Travel’s Sarah Hackett. That recognition has created real momentum heading into Singapore and reinforces both the strength of CT Partners’ independent model and the calibre of talent within the network.

“After seeing so many of our members recognised at the NTIAs, there’s a real sense of pride heading into Singapore,” CT Partners CEO Matt Masson said. “This conference is about celebrating that success face-to-face, sharing the journey, and strengthening the ties and knowledge that power the network.

“There’s nothing quite like having our members and partners all in one room. The energy, the generosity of knowledge-sharing and the sense of shared momentum – it’s what sets CT Partners apart.”
