Corporate Travel Management has completed its acquisition of US-based Montrose Travel, further strengthening its North American footprint.
Based in the Los Angeles Area in California, Montrose Travel has been in operation for more than 60 years.
CTM managing director Jamie Pherous said the company meets its “strict” acquisition criteria.
“They possess a capable and passionate management team, are leaders in travel in their region, enjoy high client and staff retention, and will take ownership in CTM stock.”
The completion of the deal, first announced on December 18 2015, will now see CTM look forward to continued North American expansion, Pherous added.
