Cunard has launched a new travel agent training incentive for Aussie and Kiwi agents, giving them the chance to win one of six $500 Visa gift cards in celebration of three new additions to their Onboarding Training Video Series.
The “Watch, Answer & Win” promotion celebrates the launch of three new additions to Cunard’s Onboarding Training Video Series, developed specifically for travel agents in Australia and New Zealand to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to sell Cunard’s distinctive luxury experience in a fun and quick way.
Available via the OneSource travel agent portal, the updated training series features 13 short, on-demand videos covering everything they need to know to be a Cunard expert and can be completed in under 60 minutes. Each video is under five minutes, making it easy for agents to fit learning into their day.
The series explores key topics including The Cunard Experience, a walk-through of Cunard’s newest ship, Queen Anne and what to pack for a Cunard voyage, alongside in-depth ship profiles covering the Britannia Stateroom experience, Cunard Grill Suites and Cunard’s renowned dining, drinks and onboard entertainment.
To be eligible to win, agents must complete all elements of the training, including watching all videos, completing a 15-question quiz, and submitting a short response outlining how they would inspire a client to choose Cunard.
This initiative offers agents the opportunity to strengthen their Cunard product knowledge while going in the running to win a prize, reinforcing Cunard’s ongoing commitment to supporting and rewarding its valued trade partners in Australia and New Zealand.
The incentive runs from 30 April to 30 June 2026 (11:59pm AEST / 1 July 2026, 1:59am NZST) and is open to travel agents in Australia and New Zealand via the website.
