After months of virtual meetings, screen fatigue has well and truly set in across Australia’s new look work-from-home workforce.
To reignite some enthusiasm, Saxton Speakers has partnered with Power Pets to launch ‘Pawp-ins’, a fur-tastic initiative to breathe a little fun into team meetings.
You can get to know these pets during a Pawp-in with a Q&A by putting their training to the test with tricks or by just hanging out with them virtually.
Starting at $50 a Pawp-in, each pet has their own talents as well as being philanthropic-focused, with the option for meeting organisers to contribute to chosen animal welfare and other charitable organisations.
Willow, the travelling van cat has even vowed to donate 100 per cent of any booking fees to her chosen charity.
Other Pawp-in pets to choose from include Charlie and Arnold (aka the Glorious Goldens), Jinkee (pictured above), King Kingsley, Charlie and Frankie, Cheddar, Bailey the Labradoodle, Frankie the Lil Sausage, and Hana and Gnocchi.
Saxton Speakers CEO Anne Jamieson said: “There’s no denying the positive impact animals have on our lives, with many people listing time spent with their own pets during lockdown as one of the positives to come out of the COVID-19 crisis.
“These ‘Pawp-in’ pets have a huge social media following for a reason – they are talented and endearing, and might just be what’s needed to make a difference to the myriad of online meetings ahead of us.
“And who knows, maybe some fur-friendships will be formed.”
