Bookings are open for Eden Retreat’s first-ever corporate and executive retreat offering, marking a significant evolution for the award-winning wellness destination as demand rises for small group offsites that prioritises health, focus and performance.
Set across 380 acres in the Gold Coast Hinterland, Eden Retreat’s new corporate and executive retreat experience brings together purpose-built meeting space, upgraded accommodation and integrated wellness – all within a secluded, low-distraction environment designed to support strategic thinking and leadership alignment.
The launch includes a newly opened meeting space with capacity for 35 theatre style or 14 boardroom-style attendees, multiple breakout spaces, and a range of indoor and outdoor venues for meals and networking. A 96sqm cafe set amongst the treetops can be converted for exclusive event use for 38 people seated.
The retreat can be booked in full, or the Upper Valley area – located adjacent to the meeting facilities – can be exclusively blocked for corporate retreats. This area features its own infinity pool and deck overlooking the valley.
For the first time, Wi-Fi has been introduced in select areas to support focused work sessions, while maintaining Eden’s broader sanctuary ethos. Retreats also benefit from Eden Retreat’s in-house kitchen, which uses fresh ingredients grown and harvested on-site and is led by head chef Fiona Hatchett, whose approach centres on nutritional, seasonal and sustainable menus. The restaurant can also be exclusively used for 30 seated guests.

The move responds to a growing trend among organisations seeking alternatives for executive retreats and incentive travel, as businesses place greater emphasis on employee wellbeing, burnout prevention and sustainable performance.
“Organisations are rethinking what effective offsites look like,” Eden Retreat general manager Ash Martin said. “Leaders are looking for environments that support clarity, connection and outcomes, while still being located close to a major airport and city for accessibility. This offering allows teams to work deeply, recover properly and return to work genuinely reset.”
Designed for executive teams, leadership groups and boards, Eden’s corporate retreats combine structured work sessions with access to the retreat’s extensive wellness infrastructure, including heated pools, saunas, ice baths, nature trails, movement sessions and a comprehensive spa and vitality program.

Groups can also tailor their stay with optional wellness experiences and treatments, allowing leaders to balance strategic priorities with recovery and stress management.
Eden Retreat is located just 90 minutes from Brisbane city centre and 30 minutes from Gold Coast Airport, which offers direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand. Corporate groups can also opt for private helicopter transfers or premium ground transfers, providing a seamless arrival experience from airport to retreat.
“Time efficiency matters for executive teams,” Martin added. “Being able to land, transfer directly to the retreat and immediately shift into a focused environment is a major advantage.”
While Eden Retreat has welcomed individual guests for more than four decades, this marks the first time the destination has formally opened its doors to corporate groups – a strategic expansion aligned with broader shifts in business travel and leadership culture.
The new corporate retreat offering is now available for exclusive group bookings.
