Entire Travel Group is investing in a range of new features – including advanced search functionality – that make it even faster and easier for travel agents to book pre-designed, independent holiday packages.

Entire sales & marketing director Greg McCallum said the number of bookings received on Entire Travel Group’s website remains well ahead of initial projections.

“We’ve done all the time-consuming, back-and-forth required to create independent packages, so it’s no surprise that agents have embraced the website,” McCallum said.

“Our latest enhancements ensure it now offers even more benefits to our retail partners.”

As part of the revamp, the company has pushed its booking engine to the forefront of the new-look website and introduced advanced search functionality. The latter – by enabling agents to search by destination, date or start/finish city – ensures desired products can be found quickly from among Entire’s more than 350 independent holiday packages.

In addition, agents can now click on unique icons to explore packages organised into a wide range of ‘experiences’.

McCallum says the first iteration of the website had a strong emphasis on inspiration and information, with booking and search functionality sitting in the background.

“Agents told us that they love the look and feel, and the fact that they can, without the need for a log-in, easily book fully-commissionable, end-to-end, independent holiday packages in a matter of minutes,” McCallum said.

“At the same time, given our product and destination range is now so extensive, it was clear that the introduction of advanced search functionality would help agents locate desired packages more quickly.”

The revamped website continues to give agents the freedom to control prices thanks to the inclusion of Entire Travel Group’s Change Agent Sell Price (CASP) feature. Using CASP, agents can determine the final price for any packages, enabling them to add a service fee, reward a valued customer with a discount or simply drop the price to close a sale.

All quotes are also delivered as pdf documents that incorporate individual travel agent branding.

Finally, all packages booked through the website are also supported by Entire Travel Group’s Peace of Mind Booking Plan, which provides customers with a 100 per cent refund for any COVID-related pre-departure cancellation.
