Entire Travel Group is taking over as the exclusive representative for Star Clippers in the Australian and New Zealand markets, effective 1 January 2026.

Sales & marketing director Greg McCallum says Entire Travel Group will use its broad promotional platforms – including its annual Travel Showcases in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane – to take Star Clippers’ trade profile to a new level across Oceania.

“Leveraging our extensive European portfolio, we are also curating holiday itineraries that combine the elegance of Star Clippers’ sailing cruises with immersive European experiences,” McCallum said.

“These exclusive packages will offer travellers the perfect blend of adventure and discovery, showcasing the charm of Europe both on board and ashore.”

Founded in 1989 by Swedish entrepreneur Mikael Krafft, Star Clippers operates a fleet of three modern, high-tech and luxurious re-creations of the classic clipper sailing ships that dominated the oceans of the world in the 19th century.

The company launched its first vessel, the four-masted, 115.5-meter, 166-passenger Star Flyer, in 1991, followed by an identical twin, Star Clipper, in 1992. In 2000, it added the 134-meter, 227-passenger Royal Clipper, featuring five-masts and 42 sails, making it the largest sailing vessel of its kind in the world.

All three ships feature expansive teak decks, swimming pools, and stylish accommodation and dining, while cruise itineraries of three to 14 nights incorporate a range of Mediterranean destinations, including Greece, Italy and France. Being smaller than conventional cruise ships, Star Clipper vessels can also call into ports untouched by larger craft.

Entire Travel Group took the opportunity to acknowledge Adventure World, Star Clippers’ former General Sales Agent (GSA), for its efforts in establishing the Star Clippers product in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

“We are delighted to build on the outstanding work Adventure World has delivered in representing Star Clippers,” McCallum added. “We look forward to continuing this legacy as the exclusive GSA for Star Clippers and driving further growth.”

Entire Travel Group confirmed that Star Clippers long-term Sales Manager, Roger Condon, will remain with the brand, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity for trade partners.

“As a highly respected and key figure in the brand’s success, Roger’s deep knowledge and established relationships will be invaluable,” McCallum concluded.

“This continuity ensures that trade partners will receive the same dedicated support they have always enjoyed, positioning the brand for continued growth and success.”
