Luxury expedition travel company Explora has partnered with Nomade Unique Experiences to establish Asia Pacific support offices, enhancing service for travel professionals across the region.

Effective 1 May, the initiative will be led by Nomade managing director Benjamin Garcia, with offices on Australia’s east coast and in Asia to better address time zone challenges previously experienced with Explora’s Chile-based reservations team.

Industry veteran Lindy Andrews will lead the Asia Pacific division as market manager, overseeing regional strategy, operations and agent engagement.

Asia Pacific has become one of Explora’s fastest-growing markets, driving the need for dedicated regional support.

“By establishing a dedicated team in Asia Pacific, we’re giving advisors faster access to support and a more seamless booking experience,” Garcia said.

Explora CEO Gonzalo Undurraga said the move reinforces Explora’s commitment to travel advisors and wholesale partners across the region.

Explora operates all-inclusive lodges across Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina, including Patagonia, Atacama and the Sacred Valley.
