Explore Worldwide has teamed up with Strava to launch a new global campaign that encourages travellers to move more, connect through adventure, and win the trip of a lifetime.

From 8–14 October 2025, participants are invited to join the Explore Cycle Croatia Challenge on Strava and complete 28km in one week, the same distance as day one of Explore’s popular Cycle the Dalmatian Coast tour.

Everyone who completes the challenge earns a 20 per cent discount voucher towards an Explore tour, while one lucky finisher wins a spot on the Cycle the Dalmatian Coast trip, valued at up to $3,800.

The campaign runs simultaneously across Australia, the UK, USA, and Canada, connecting a global community of active travellers. For agents and partners, it provides a fresh way to engage health-conscious, experience-driven clients while tapping into Strava’s engaged audience.

Earlier this year, Explore team member Kyran Rose joined the Cycle the Dalmatian Coast trip as part of her staff travel program.

“It was one of the best trips I’ve ever done, from the spectacular coastal rides to the island-hopping and food stops,” Rose said. “It’s challenging in parts but achievable for anyone with a basic level of fitness, and the sense of reward at the end of each day was incredible. I can’t recommend it enough.”

About the challenge:

  • Dates: 8 to 14 October 2025
  • How to join: Enter via Strava, log 28 km by cycling, hiking, walking, or running.
  • Prizes: A place on Explore’s Cycle the Dalmatian Coast tour / 20 per cent off any Explore Worldwide trip.

Cycle the Dalmatian Coast

Breeze along the beautiful Dalmatian Coast on this one-week cycling tour. Pedal your way from Split to Dubrovnik, taking in ancient sites, medieval towns, and fishing villages as you island-hop Croatia’s iconic coast. Make pit stops as you go at local wineries, stunning beaches and – of course – traditional restaurants to refuel on tasty grub.
