FCM New Zealand has swept three 2026 National Travel Industry Awards, including Corporate Travel Agency of the Year for a second year running.
Held at the New Zealand International Convention Centre on Saturday and hosted by the Travel Agent’s Association of New Zealand (TAANZ), the NTIAs celebrate excellence across the travel sector and recognise organisations that are raising the bar for customer service, innovation and performance.
FCM New Zealand’s Ashleigh Jarvis also took home the award for Customer Advocacy of the Year, and FCM consultant Lacca Du was presented with the People’s Choice Award.

“I’m incredibly proud of our team, and a huge congrats to Ashleigh and Lacca,” FCM New Zealand general manager Kelly Thomas said. “It’s been a big year for our business and the wider travel industry, and being recognised two years in a row reflects the consistency and care our people bring to our customers every day to deliver brilliant travel experiences.”
With businesses continuing to navigate an evolving travel landscape, Thomas says demand for trusted travel expertise is stronger than ever.
“More than ever, organisations are leaning on the expertise of their travel partners to help them manage costs, keep their people safe and respond quickly when plans change,” Thomas added. “Our focus is on helping our customers get more from their travel programs – making their travel easy, flexible and better value.”
Over the past year, FCM has invested in new tools and technology to evolve alongside its customers.
“From our AI-powered assistant Sam, to being among the first to bring NDC content to our customers through our online booking platform, our job is to keep adapting so that Kiwi businesses get the most out of every trip,” Thomas concluded.
