If you’re looking to take the next step in your career but you need that extra push, why not try a mentoring experience?
The Travel Industry Mentor Experience’s (TIME) is looking for its next batch of shiny new mentees!
This intake closes on 8 April and is one of only three more opportunities to join the program in 2020 and take your career to new heights.
In its 10 years of operation, hundreds of ambitious travel-tourism-airline-hospitality industry professionals have joined the TIME graduate ranks.
“Their journeys are all unique as each Mentee is matched to a Mentor with a tailored skill-set and experience,” TIME Founder and travel industry legend, Penny Spencer said.
“That process produces real results. We are regularly astounded by the personal and professional transformations.”
In her recent graduation speech, Alice Ager from Uniworld Boutique River Cruises described first meeting her mentor, Ruth Lilian,
“I felt an instant personal connection. And as my time with Ruth officially ends, our partnership is not over. I’ve gained six months of her professional insights and support but, more importantly, I have gained a friend for life,” Ager said.
Fellow grad, Divinity Kefu from Spencer Travel, had a similar experience.
“My mentor was Trish Shepard, and I cannot thank the TIME committee enough for their matching skills. Trish’s insights inspired and challenged me to become a better version of myself,” said Kefu.
TIME’s 35th group of Mentees graduated in Sydney at the end of February, its 36th group is currently deep in their mentoring program, and its 37th has just commenced. There is still room in Program intake 38, but interested participants need to act swiftly to secure their spot.
