Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is relaunching its popular Aperitivo, now located in the George St venue’s award-winning Grain Bar.

Originally launched into Mode Kitchen & Bar in 2023, Aperitivo is inspired by the classic Italian evening ritual where guests enjoy a cocktail, paired with traditional Italian antipasti bites.

It became a much-loved offering for Sydneysiders and was the ultimate way to unwind after a busy day, catch up with friends and enjoy a pre-dinner drink and snack before exploring the rest of the city or heading to the theatre.

Grain Bar diners can now enjoy a two-hour unlimited antipasto buffet for just $40pp, including wheels of sharp cheeses, vine-ripe cherry tomatoes, salumi and fresh-made chilled salads, accompanied by hot, house-made focaccia, Roman-style pizzas, and rich arancini for more substantial bites.

Also revamped for 2024, the cocktail selection by beverage manager, Indian-born Sarath Nair, celebrated as one of the world’s top bartenders, who led his team through Grain Bar’s transition and relaunch in March.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage on arrival with the choice of an Italian-inspired cocktail such as a Aperol Spritz, Americano, Garibaldi, or Bellini, or premium wines by the glass, or a locally brewed beer. Additional beverages are available from $8 during Aperitivo or discover Grain Bars eclectic menu of Epic and Signature Cocktails for something truly special, prices from $28.

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney also ranked No.1 on the recently announced Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards 2024 list of Top City Hotels in Australia and New Zealand.

“This prestigious award from Travel + Leisure, naming us the 2024 Top City Hotel in Australia and New Zealand, is a testament to the exceptional standards of service that define the Four Seasons experience,” regional director of sales and marketing at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, Helen Radic, said.

“We are immensely proud of our dedicated team for earning this remarkable recognition.”

Aperitivo is offered Tuesday-Friday, 4.30-6.30 pm.
