G Adventures is shaking up trade education with the launch of a new on-demand training vodcast for travel advisors across Australia and New Zealand.
Called The Heart of G, the series is available in both audio and video format via Spotify and YouTube, allowing agents to tune in while commuting, walking or between client appointments. The format combines the accessibility of a podcast with destination-led training designed to build confidence in client conversations.
Rather than a traditional “how to sell” webinar, the vodcast focuses on storytelling, travel styles, cultural context and sustainability insights. Each episode features a G Adventures global purpose specialist or key account manager, offering practical knowledge agents can apply directly with clients.
The series is hosted by travel and lifestyle podcaster Jacob Stanley, a G Adventures ambassador and the voice behind The Heart of G podcast. Stanley brings destination insight and brand familiarity to the format, acting as a bridge between the operator and the trade.
Adelle Clements, head of marketing for Australia and New Zealand at G Adventures, said the initiative responds to growing pressure on advisors’ time.
“Travel agents are inundated with in-store presentations, webinars and training decks every single week, yet the format has barely changed in decades,” she said.
“By launching an on-demand vodcast, we’re giving agents a more flexible way to learn that fits naturally into their day. Being first to market with this kind of training is how G Adventures continues to innovate for the trade.”
The first five episodes cover Vietnam, Peru, Morocco, Japan and South Africa, with more to roll out across 2026.
The series is available now via Spotify and YouTube.
