With Australia’s largest tourism tradeshow, the Australian Tourism Exchange 2026, wrapping up after four days at the Adelaide Convention Centre, we thought we’d bring you the highlights.

This year’s event attracted more than 2900 attendees including buyers from 32 countries, connecting premium international tourism buyers with world-class Australian tourism experiences.

Whether you were on the floor showcasing an offering, visiting from overseas or representing a tourism organisation, the mood was overwhelmingly bright. The mood was lifted even higher at the South Austrralia showcase at Adelaide Oval, at Journey Beyond’s outback celebration at The National Wine Centre of Australia and JB’s Tasting Australia event at Victoria Square, or for those who attended the Qantas event at Malt Shovel Brewery, there was much revelry. Here is just a taste!

In 2027, ATE will return to Sydney for the first time in five years and is set showcase everything Sydney and regional New South Wales has to offer.
