If you are preparing a trip for your clients to the home of Lonely Planet’s number one must-visit destination in Asia Pacific for 2019, the first step is knowing the best tourism attractions and businesses in the industry.

Western Australia is home to a milieu of amazing tourism operators and services for all corners of the state, which were recently recognised in their respective categories at the Western Australian Tourism Awards.

Ranked by their peers and the industry for excellence, here are some of the top in tourism to get you started on your WA trip-building journey:

Major Tourist Attractions (sponsored by Tourism WA): Busselton Jetty

At 1.8 kilometres long, Busselton Jetty is the longest tourist jetty in the southern hemisphere and second longest in the world. It’s also managed by non-profit Busselton Jetty Inc.

Tourism Restaurants & Catering Services (sponsored by Tourism WA): The Lake House Denmark

The Lake House Denmark winery is a popular destination with its natural beauty and rustic charm. It is also the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat, browse the gourmet store, have a drop of premium wine and enjoy delicious Vinofood condiments.

Tourism Wineries, Distilleries & Breweries (sponsored by Vanguard Press): Sandalford Wines

Sandalford’s Swan Valley Estate is 20 minutes from Perth city and is Western Australia’s most awarded attraction, having won more than 70 major state and national awards in the last 10 years.
