Fill your heart (and stomach) with Ireland on a culinary journey that takes you to the award-winning experiences that are making the country a foodie magnet.

From hotels and restaurants to food trucks and fruit farms, there are gastro delights aplenty to be enjoyed across Ireland.

With great local ingredients, innovative chefs, talented producers and authentic experiences to be savoured, travellers are sure to give their taste buds a treat!

In Northern Ireland, on a trip along the stunning Causeway Coast, stop to enjoy award-winning food at the Bushmills Inn or Ballygall Castle.

Those travelling to Derry-Londonderry should include a visit to El Tapas Grá where tapas with a twist is on offer including colcannon croquets or mussels steamed in stout with sourdough. For the best cider in town, Long Meadow Cider gives you the chance to see the craft cider being produced before tasting it straight from the barrel.

In County Cork, the Ballymaloe House Hotel is the pick of a stellar bunch, but for those looking to try something more unique, Cork is home to a mighty list of ‘Good Food Ireland’ approved food outlets and producers.

In the capital city, Dublin, the Good Food Restaurant of the Year, Woodruff Restaurant. The coffee is best at Dublin institution Bewley’s and for a delicious homestyle ‘food of the day’, check out the Farmhouse Café.

On the west coast, County Kerry’s Europe Hotel & Resort clinched Good Food Irelands Supreme Award of the Year and in County Galway, elevates local ingredients to sublime heights which has seen it earn Michelin Star Status.
