Groups by Beyond has expanded its global offering with a portfolio of ready-to-sell group tours across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
The former division of Beyond Travel has spent the past 12 months securing new group touring programs in a move driven directly by travel agent demand.
The tours are fully developed and priced, covering destinations across Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Baltics, Scandinavia, Western and Southern Europe, Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, China, Japan, Borneo, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, New Zealand, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Kenya, Tanzania, and South Africa.
General manager of Groups by Beyond Tony Gattari said the expansion was driven directly by market demand and evolving agent needs.
“What we found is that once a travel agent successfully ran one group with us, they would immediately come back and ask us to help them create and organise another group to a completely different region.
“Commercially, it made perfect sense – not only to continue finding new group travel agents, but equally to support our existing partners with fresh destinations and new opportunities to grow their group business,” he said.
Gattari said that the strategy is already delivering measurable success.
“We’ve already seen considerable success with new group bookings to destinations such as Morocco, Spain and Portugal, Vietnam, and Georgia and Armenia. And we truly believe we are only at the tip of the iceberg,” he said.
The latest expansion follows the company’s addition of South American programs announced earlier this month.
Groups by Beyond’s growing portfolio reflects a strategy to support advisors with a broader, more flexible and price-competitive range of options, particularly as group travel remains a key revenue driver for the travel trade.
