Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is once again transforming luxury ship, MS Europa, into an intimate floating concert hall with three cruises dedicated to world-class chamber music.
Ocean Sun Festival: Malaga to Hamburg
The Ocean Sun Festival 2026 sets the tone, sailing from Malaga to Hamburg under the theme “Musical Illuminations of the South.” Guests can enjoy performances by outstanding artists including Avi Avital, Francesca Di Sauro, Alessio Arduini, Christian-Pierre La Marca, Quatuor Arod, Duo Jatekok, Tjasha Gafner, and Daniel Heide.
A special highlight is the opening concert near Seville, hosted at the historic Hacienda El Vizir, where Mediterranean architecture and chamber music meet. Thanks to Europa’s small size, the journey also includes rare river passages such as the Guadalquivir to Seville and the Gironde to Bordeaux, combining southern lightness with Europe’s cultural diversity.
