The 2024 Helloworld Travel Frontliners Forum has wrapped up in style in Singapore as more than 500 attendees enjoyed the conference at the Marina Bay Sands Conference Centre.

The conference was attended by agents from across the Helloworld branded and associate networks, My Travel Group and Magellan from across Australia and New Zealand, as well as valued supplier partners, over four days of conferencing, insightful content and events across the city, last weekend.

Evening events included a Hello event at the new Singapore EDITION, a private cocktail event at The Riverhouse and a Gala Awards Dinner.

Nick Sutherland HLO with Kelly Cartwright OAM and Andrew Burnes AO, HLO.

The conference theme of ‘Partners in Excellence’ showcased and celebrated the vast array of successful partnerships that benefit all agents across the HLO networks.

MC and special guest keynote speaker Australian Paralympian Kelly Cartwright OAM was a hit with all the delegates as she shared her personal journey.

Nick Sutherland, Group GM Retail Networks gave an update with plenty of new announcements and offerings including upgrades to Resworld and the agent portal, e-learning modules, new future owners training, and technology solutions. These include the introduction of a new partnership and offering with Genesys the premium omnichannel communication solution for the travel industry and a mobile app and itinerary solution that fully integrates with Resworld.

There were plenty of announcements and updates from Helloworld Wholesale and Cruise plus the return of the Fares at the Fair, a dedicated airfare mini-expo with leading airlines in attendance giving the latest news and updates to the delegates – as well as plenty of giveaways and prizes.

Attendees also enjoyed optional excursions to the iconic Gardens By The Bay and Universal Studios as well as pre and post famils.

Saturday night was a Gala Awards Dinner sponsored by Singapore Airlines with high achievers, rising stars and exceptional performance recognized from across the networks.

And last bit not least, the exciting announcement was made for Frontliners 2025 – going to Fiji!

Thank you to all the valued preferred partner suppliers who made this conference possible and to major supporters Singapore Airlines, the Singapore Tourism Board and Scoot.

Nick Sutherland HLO; Ashley Hansen Marriott Bonvoy; Cinzia Burnes HLO; Oliver Chong Singapore Tourism Board; and Michael Kirkby Singapore Airlines.
