Helloworld Travel Mentone, previously located in Parkdale, has officially opened and marks a silver jubilee for the travel agency celebrating 25 years in business.

The relocation from Parkdale positions Helloworld Travel in the heart of Mentone’s shopping precinct in Melbourne’s south-east bayside area.

The new store location offers prime visibility with strong branding, close to a prominent corner, and high foot traffic, creating the perfect environment to connect with customers and continuing the tradition of personalised travel expertise and advice from the experienced team.

“A new store is a fitting way to celebrate the 25th year of the agency business,” Helloworld Travel Mentone owner Selena Luscombe said. “While we are sad to have moved from our original location in Parkdale, Mentone is a vibrant community, and this location gives us the opportunity to serve our customers even better. After four decades in the travel industry, I’m as passionate as ever about helping people plan unforgettable journeys.”

Selena’s own career milestone adds to the celebration, with an incredible 40 years in the travel industry reached in August 2024. Her experience and dedication have been instrumental in building a loyal customer base and adapting to the evolving travel landscape.

“Congratulations to Selena and the entire team on this exciting relocation and on reaching 25 years in business,” Helloworld Travel group general manager retail networks Nick Sutherland said.

“This milestone is a testament to their commitment to exceptional customer service and their ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic industry. We’re proud to have such experienced and passionate professionals representing our brand.”

Helloworld Travel Mentone is now open and ready to assist customers with tailored itineraries, expert advice, and the peace of mind that comes from booking with a trusted travel professional.
