Hilton and Carnival named among Australia’s best workplaces

Hilton has been recognised by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of Australia’s best large companies to work for, while Carnival snagged a spot in the medium-sized list.

Hilton placed fifth on the top 50 list for companies with over 1,000 employees. This marks the fourth time that Hilton has been named at the top of this list.

This accolade builds on Great Place to Work certifications awarded in New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.

Carnival managed to snag 18th on the list of the best medium-sized companies to work at.

94 per cent of Carnival Australia employees said their workplace was a great place to work, a similar score to last year.

“Such a strong response from our people inspires us as an organisation to maintain the positive momentum based on values that our people clearly share,” Fitzgerald said.
