Peninsula Hot Springs has launched its new Eco Lodges on the Mornington Peninsula which are set to elevate its wellness offering and redefine sleep wellness with its immersive facilities.
Eco Lodges have been crafted with sleep wellness at its core where guests can focus on their mind, body, and spirit. Recognising sleep as one of the seven fundamental pillars of wellness, the Eco Lodges provide the perfect environment for rest and rejuvenation, ensuring guests’ overall wellbeing.
“Wellness is a holistic and multidimensional feeling of wholeness and happiness, of which sleep is a quintessential factor,” Peninsula Hot Springs co-founder and creative director, Charles Davidson, said.
“Understanding that humans spend a third of their lives asleep, it was important to us to create an environment in which guests can achieve cathartic release through our extensive wellness programs. Our Eco Lodges have been designed with our seven pillars of wellness in mind to ensure our guests leave feeling rejuvenated and restored.”
With private ensuites that include geothermal baths, bespoke amenities and custom-made furniture, guests can escape the pace of everyday life and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience. Rooms have been designed with self-guided sleep wellness content including sound and movement experiences, as well as sleep masks and mineral salts. Alongside curated seasonal food menus complete with rest-aiding ingredients.
Outside of the Eco Lodges, guests can enjoy access to the Peninsula Hot Springs for bathing, nutrition and movement activities, alongside a complimentary wellness session and buffet breakfast each morning. Adhering to its guiding principles, Peninsula Hot Springs provides a space in which its visitors can find relaxation, mindfulness, education and creativity to optimise their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Catering to the increasing trend and demand of travellers seeking holistic wellbeing and immersive nature escapes, the introduction of the Eco Lodges creates a one-of-a-kind wellness experience whilst expanding the current accommodation offering of Peninsula Hot Springs Group.
Since its inception in 2002, Peninsula Hot Springs has evolved from a geothermal hot spring specialising in bathing experiences and spa treatments into Australia’s largest holistic wellbeing and wellness destination.
Rooms within the Eco Lodges start at $880 for 2 adults.
