Infinity Holidays has addressed concerns over “uncompetitive” pricing, reducing the cost of its entire range of Europe product by an average 8%.
Although the wholesaler insisted that its expertise is a “valuable commodity”, it conceded that pricing is still a “leading factor”.
It stressed that the reductions will have no impact on agents’ current commission levels of 13%.
“Infinity has listened to the feedback from their partners and realised that, while they have a comprehensive product offering and outstanding expertise, the pricing has sometimes been uncompetitive,” a statement said.
“This is just the start of an ongoing program to revamp the Infinity Europe offering.”
