Meriton Serviced Apartments have brought their luxury accommodations to four new locations across Sydney and the Gold Coast.

Each location shares the same high quality features that Meriton Serviced Apartments are known for, like gourmet kitchens, large living spaces and laundry facilities. Even with these similarities, each apartment-hotel is unique in its surroundings and amenities, making every location different and memorable. Here’s a look inside the four new apartment-hotels.

1.) Como Crescent, Southport

Meriton Serviced Apartments Como Crescent is Southport’s tallest building at 55 levels high. All 208 suites start on level 25 of the apartment-hotel, giving guests spectacular and unobstructed views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. This location features an outdoor pool and sundeck where guests can go to relax and enjoy the weather. Those looking to spend some quiet time alone can head to their private balcony attached to their room to take in the ocean view. The new Southport location is especially family friendly with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites available, flexible bedding options and onsite childcare in the adjoining Sundale retail precinct. People looking for adventure will love this convenient location and will also find it easy to explore the Gold Coast’s coastline, with the light rail stopping directly in front of the apartment-hotel.

2.) Church Street, Parramatta

Meriton Serviced Apartments on Church Street is delightfully located on the banks of Parramatta River. Guests can enjoy the surroundings by lounging near the riverside pool and sundeck, or from the privacy of their river view suites. Guests looking for other activities can take a swim in the heated indoor lap pool, or experience the spa, sauna and gymnasium. There are plenty of options for night time entertainment as this apartment-hotel is located on a vibrant and lively al fresco dining street. The Church Street location will open 30th September.

3.) North Sydney

The North Sydney location will offer 1 and 2 bedroom suites, making it ideal for both corporate and leisure travellers. This apartment-hotel features incredible panoramic views of Sydney Harbour displaying both the Opera house and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Like the other new locations, this apartment-hotel will have large kitchen, laundry and living spaces. Meriton Serviced Apartments at North Sydney is conveniently located next to a supermarket, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants.  For added convenience, guests have the option of a secure car park. The North Sydney location will open 17th October.

4.) Sydney Airport
