International Rail has unveiled a powerful new resource for travel agents, the Useful Information Hub, now live on its trade website.

Designed to streamline the rail booking process and boost agent confidence, the Hub is a one-stop destination for practical tools, expert tips, and client-ready guides.

The launch marks a significant step in International Rail’s commitment to supporting its trade partners with smarter, faster, and more informed service, said owner and CEO Jonathan Hume.

“This new tool pairs well with recent upgrades we have implemented across the agent website to assist with a range of product, such as the online booking platform for Japan point-to-point tickets,” Hume added.

Key features of the Useful Information Hub include agent resources such as handy tools,  FAQs, and real-time updates to save time and reduce booking friction, step-by-step guides to offer clients walkthroughs for using the Eurail App and managing Mobile Passes,  seat reservation advice on when and how to book seat reservations across Europe and class comparisons – a breakdown between first and second class travel, covering seating comfort, lounges and onboard services.

There is also specialty destination information, such as the Swiss Scenic Trains with booking insights and reservation requirements for iconic routes like the Glacier Express, Bernina Express, and GoldenPass Line. And a section on Japan Rail & Ski Travel, with comprehensive details on Japan Rail Passes, regional tickets, and a dedicated page for Japan ski travel – perfectly timed for the upcoming season.

The Hub is designed to evolve, with upcoming additions including a Luxury Rail section and expanded FAQs based on agent feedback and emerging travel trends.

International Rail invites agents to explore the Useful Information Hub and discover a convenient and efficient way to book global rail.
