Show your clients that they don’t need to leave the country to experience epic scenery and learn from the oldest culture in the world with this banger deal from Intrepid Travel.

The adventure travel company is taking 15 per cent off its Northern Territory trips for bookings made before 10 December 2020!

Here’s a taste of what you can show your clients:

Five-day Larapinta Trek trip

Swap the city for the rugged landscape of one of Australia’s greatest multi-day walks along the Larapinta Trail in the Northern Territory.

On this five-day trip, your clients will experience the challenges and rewards of undertaking an active adventure while hiking, swimming and sitting around the campfire.

Highlights include exploring one of the most spectacular chasms in the West MacDonnell Ranges, the Ormiston Gorge, cooling off in a year-round waterhole, enjoying the view at the summit of Mt Sonder, and enjoying a unique experience of camping under the star-filled desert skies.

Three-day Uluru Adventure

Travel to the famous Red Centre to experience the sunburnt Australian outback while taking in some of the greatest natural attractions.

On this three-day trip, your clients will join an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander guide on a walk around the base of Uluru while listening to the stories about both the land and local Mala people, discover the spiritual importance of the outback landscape to locals and wander through the domes of Kata Tjuta.

Highlights include discovering the ancient cave paintings near Mutitjulu Waterhole while hearing the culture and stories behind the art, dining under the stars, and camping in privately owned sites on the red earth of the outback.

Five-day Top End and Arnhem Land Adventure

On this five day trip, your clients will witness rocky red cliffs, monsoon forests, plunging waterfalls and some of the Top End’s best landscapes while visiting Kakadu National Park, Nitmiluk National Park and Litchfield National Park, and learn the cultural importance that these landscapes have through a local Bininj Guluyambi guide.

Highlights include viewing the Mawurndjul rock art and occupation complex, taking in the view of the spectacular Jim Jim Falls, camping under the great southern sky and cooling off with swims in Florence Falls, Wangi Falls and Buley Rockholes.

15-day Kimberley Trail Darwin to Broome

On this 15 day trip, your clients will witness the iconic red domes of the Bungle Bungle Ranges in Purnululu National Park, soak up the Northern Territory’s famous fiery sunsets, and discover the untamed natural beauty of El Questro Station.

Highlights include enjoying the Nitnit Dreaming Cultural Cruise through the Nitmiluk Gorge, discovering a hidden gem of the West Kimberley with a stop in Bell Gorge and walking through the underground passage of Tunnell Creek with an Indigenous Bunuba guide, learning about the culture and traditions of the First Australians.

Intrepid Group’s managing director for the Asia Pacific, Sarah Clark, will be speaking at the travel industry’s most thought-provoking conference, Travel DAZE 2020, next week. To find out more or to register, click here.
