Ireckonu, a provider of middleware and customer data platform, has announced the expansion of its global footprint with the opening of a new office in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region.
The new office, officially opened in Singapore in January 2025, marks a significant step in Ireckonu’s strategy to strengthen its presence in key international markets and better serve its growing customer base.
Ireckonu has been active in the APAC region for several years, with longstanding partnerships including Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (since 2015), Okura Hotels & Resorts, and EVT Hotels & Resorts. With the region continuing to show strong growth potential, establishing a local presence was a natural move – both to support existing customers and to fuel new business opportunities.
“Our expansion into APAC is part of our broader commitment to supporting our customers wherever they are,” Ireckonu CEO, Jan Jaap van Roon, said. “Having a team on the ground not only strengthens our relationships with current clients but also ensures that we can provide the high-quality, responsive service that Ireckonu is known for. It’s a step that reflects the importance of APAC in our long-term vision.”
APAC operations are led by Sam Samsudi, director of Business Development and head of Ireckonu Asia. With extensive experience in hospitality technology and commercial leadership across the region – including previous roles at RateGain and ITG – Samsudi spearheads Ireckonu’s strategic growth and client engagement in Asia-Pacific. He is supported by a growing local team across sales, customer success, and support, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to the region.
The APAC office is home to a growing team that covers Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Support functions. This expansion also enables Ireckonu to provide enhanced local support services, with our support teams servicing our global customers from the Netherlands, Singapore, and the USA, delivering 24/7 coverage across global time zones.
With this new office, Ireckonu aims to expand its reach and accelerate its growth in the APAC hospitality market, providing closer, more personalized service to its clients while continuing to drive technological advancement worldwide.
