Envoyage NZ has welcomed Jane Hawkins back to the travel industry, with Hawkins joining Jason Buckley and the team at Envoyage NZ as the independent travel model continues to gain momentum across New Zealand.
Hawkins’ return comes as Envoyage expands its footprint and support offering for independent travel entrepreneurs, reflecting broader shifts in how advisors are choosing to build and scale their businesses.
“It’s inspiring to see how the independent model has evolved,” Hawkins said on LinkedIn, adding that the next phase of growth presents strong opportunities to innovate and empower a growing network of travel professionals.
In her role, Hawkins will focus on reconnecting with industry colleagues, supporting new members, and helping advisors enhance and future-proof their travel businesses.
Envoyage NZ, led locally by Jason Buckley, is part of the wider Envoyage network and offers independent advisors access to commercial agreements, technology, marketing support and a collaborative community model.
Hawkins said she was looking forward to contributing to the success of Envoyage’s “hardworking and vibrant” advisor community as the industry looks ahead to 2026.
Hawkins brings a diverse background spanning aviation, travel sales and large-scale infrastructure delivery, having previously held senior sales roles at Air New Zealand before stepping away from the travel industry in 2020.
She spent the past four years in the public and property sectors, including a client-side project management role with Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, before returning to travel in 2026 as National Sales Leader at Envoyage Group New Zealand.
