Jetstar has reinstated flights to Auckland from Sydney.

Jetstar will resume flights between Sydney and Christchurch from 26 October, placing New Zealand’s ‘garden city’ on Sydney’s doorstep for less.

Jetstar will celebrate the launch with a 48-hour sale from 10am AEST today with fares from $229 one-way.

The first flight will take off the day before the airline’s launch of Christchurch to Perth (27 October), which will make it the only low-fares carrier to connect Western Australia direct to the South Island.

Jetstar’s 48-hour Sydney to Christchurch Route Launch Sale is on now until 10am AEST Saturday, unless sold out prior.
