Journey Beyond has treated its top performing agents to a tour through the heart of the Australian outback.
The company’s most recent ‘Beyonder Mega Famil’ celebrated 14 travel advisors who have consistently gone ‘beyond the best’.
The 10-day journey saw agents travel from Alice Springs to Adelaide experiencing Outback Spirit, The Ghan and Monarto Safari Resort.
Hosted by Cara Toovey and Amanda ‘Babs’ Reynolds, the group began their adventure in Alice Springs where they embarked on a bespoke Red Centre tour with Outback Spirit.
As part of the tour, guests enjoyed visits to Kings Canyon and the West MacDonnell Ranges, as well as immersive cultural experiences at Uluru including the Wintjiri Wiru Sunset Dinner and Field of Lights.
The journey continued on board The Ghan where guests enjoyed a signature dinner experience under the stars at the historic Alice Springs Telegraph Station.
Off-train experiences saw the group explore Coober Pedy. Upon arrival in South Australia, the group was treated to a two-night stay at Monarto Safari Resort with exclusive wildlife experiences.
The South Australian Tourism Commission hosted a farewell dinner in the Adelaide Hills to close out the iconic journey.
Journey Beyond heralded the trip as an opportunity to show appreciation for their valued trade partners, while showcasing the breathtaking landscapes of Australia.
“We experienced some truly unforgettable moments together on our Beyonder mega famil and the agents were genuinely excited to get back to their clients and bring to life what a Journey Beyond experience really looks like,” Babs Reynolds said.
“It’s incredible to see that such experienced agents can still be surprised by the complete stillness of a sunrise at Uluru, or the pure joy of seeing Africa’s wildest animals metres away at Monarto Safari Resort.”
