Due to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre’s success in 2011, a range of new experiences have been added to the venue to suit client needs. The centre saw a 15% growth in events held last year and responded to the increase by developing a number of Signature Offerings.
Complimentary Wi-Fi access has been extended throughout most areas of the Centre and a new meeting space, TenOnCall Plus, features three separate function areas and a butler on-call service. A 5-star Banqueting experience is also now available along with a Cultural Showcase package.
The exhibition space is also expanding with Lot 195 set to open in mid-June this year. Located just across from the Centre, Lot 195 will provide additional capacity for conferences and events.
“It is this understanding of and being responsive to the changing business environment that has contributed to the Centre’s ascent to become the country’s leading convention facility,” said the Centre’s general manager, Datuk Peter Brokenshire.
