La Vie Hotels & Resorts has been appointed as the hotel management company for the future Westin Gold Coast Hotel development.
Developed under a franchise agreement with Australia-based M Property, the hotel is anticipated to occupy levels six to 25 of the new-build mixed-use development,
The property will feature 115 premium guest rooms and 23 suites offering sweeping views across the Pacific Ocean or Gold Coast hinterland.

Expanding the Gold Coast skyline
Marriott currently operates two resorts on the Gold Coast, with a further four properties in the pipeline. AC Hotel By Marriott Gold Coast is expected to open in Q4 of 2026.
The development comes as welcome news as hotel developers race to keep up with looming accommodation demands ahead of the 2032 Olympic Games.

Marriott International director of Hotel Development, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Tristan Cooper said that the Gold Coast provides an ideal backdrop for The Westin’s well-being focus.

An M Property spokesperson said that the signing represents a significant step forwards for the company, and complements a long-term vision for the Gold Coast as a world-class hospitality destination.
