Likuliku Lagoon Resort is elevating its acclaimed dining experience with the introduction of a curated Sommelier Wine Match at Fijiana Restaurant.
Already renowned for offering guests an inclusive gourmet dining experience as part of every stay, Fijiana’s daily changing menus showcase a refined blend of local produce, seasonal ingredients and global culinary influences. The addition of the Sommelier Wine Match provides guests with the opportunity to further elevate their evenings through a thoughtfully curated journey of wines selected to complement each course.
From elegant sparkling aperitifs and crisp whites to expressive reds and indulgent dessert wines, each pairing has been designed to enhance the flavours, textures and stories behind the dishes, creating a seamless and immersive dining experience.
Group general manager Brad Calder said the introduction was another step in continually evolving the guest experience while remaining true to the resort’s philosophy of understated luxury.
“At Likuliku, dining has always been much more than a meal – it is an experience that brings together exceptional cuisine, connection and a sense of place,” Calder said. “This curated wine journey adds another layer of discovery, allowing guests to explore how thoughtfully paired wines can transform and elevate every dish. The Sommelier Wine Match will be available at FJ$99 (around AU$62) per person throughout 2026, before becoming a complimentary inclusion for guests in 2027, further enhancing the value and experience of a stay at Fiji’s first and only authentic over-water bure resort.
