Luxury Escapes has expanded to include a range of experiences for Australian travellers, partnering with restaurants, day spas, activities and live events.

The platform will now offer more than 2,000 experiences across 150+ destinations worldwide, including bucket list items like a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon, or a hot air balloon ride in Marrakech.

The new offering also includes curated local experiences for Aussies to experience in their hometown, or when travelling domestically, including unmissable dining experiences like a seven-course French-inspired degustation at Metisse in Potts Point, a four-course Chef’s Selection dining experience with paired wines, and a land & sea 11-course degustation experience with prosecco at nel.

The new offering includes giving Luxury Escapes members access to live events like VIP tickets to see international superstar Andrea Bocelli in concert at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney or a corporate box at the Australian Open.

Adam Schwab, co-founder and CEO of Luxury Escapes, said the move aims to give customers more choice, flexibility and ease.

“We’re committed to delivering the best travel experiences for our customers, so we’re excited to be offering even more options in a way that suits both travellers and locals best,” Schwab said.

“Over the past two years, we’ve really focused on local Australian experiences, growing by 83 per cent in 2021 during the pandemic.

“We are also actively working with partners globally, especially in key markets like Thailand, Bali, Maldives, the UK and the US and look forward to partnering with some of the world’s best restaurants, experiences and tours to allow our members to really immerse themselves in the city they’re visiting.”

Schwab said the company will aim to have around 10,000 experiences in Australia and a further 30,000 globally, including thousands that will be exclusive to Luxury Escapes.
