The Luxury Travel Collection (LTC) has appointed Adrian Clarke as Sales & Operations Leader, starting today.

Based in Brisbane, Clarke steps into this newly created role as part of LTC’s growing leadership team, reporting directly to General Manager Nikki Glading.

The role marks a return to the Flight Centre Travel Group family for Clarke who previously spent a decade with the business, including seven years at Travel Associates where he led a marketing evolution that drove remarkable commercial growth. More recently, Clarke served as Marketing & Commercial Manager, for Virtuoso Australia & New Zealand, during a period of rapid expansion for the luxury network.

Clarke brings over 20 years of experience in travel retail, partner strategy, and commercial leadership. His career reflects both strong operational expertise and a passion for the evolving luxury travel landscape.

“I’m thrilled to be returning to FCTG, and even more excited to be part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking brand,” Clarke said. “This role allows me to refuel my passion for travel while stepping into a new lane that challenges and grows me. I’m excited to reconnect with colleagues, contribute to our advisor and partner ecosystem, and help shape the future of luxury through LTC’s next chapter.

“Luxury travel today is an emotional investment. It’s about experiences that are authentic, immersive, and personally meaningful. LTC is uniquely positioned to lead in this space and I’m excited to help build on that vision.”

In his new role, Clarke will lead the sales and business operations strategy across the expanding LTC ecosystem, driving member performance and reinforcing the group’s value proposition across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets.

Luxury Travel Collection general manager Nikki Glading said: “Adrian brings a rare combination of commercial acumen and luxury insight, with a deep respect for the advisor community. His return to the business reflects our commitment to investing in top-tier talent and delivering meaningful value across every part of our house.”
