Luxury Travel Collection breaks new ground with Affiliate Membership

The Luxury Travel Collection (LTC) has officially broken new ground in its luxury house of travel with the launch of an Affiliate Membership model.

It enables hand-selected travel businesses to access superb products, designed itineraries and curated experiences, along with its high calibre luxury community and elevated events. LTC’s Affiliate Membership model has been designed as a comprehensive luxury extension for travel businesses with existing host agencies, or brand groups that may not require the complete suite of luxury travel services offered within the LTC house.

General manager sales & operations for LTC, Nikki Glading, referenced the recent announcement by Complex Travel Group, which is a key member of Link Travel Group.

“Our first independently owned Affiliate Member, Complex Travel Group, is already an existing Link Travel Group Member so the affiliation with LTC means that the business is also able to access LTC’s luxury product house to meet the requirements of its newly launched Onboard Luxury brand,” she said.

“Affiliate Membership is an excellent extension to an existing host membership for those businesses that already have strong, positive partnerships with host agencies, such as Complex and Link.

“Like our full Membership, Affiliate Membership is also invitation-only, with LTC delighted to play a supporting role to hand-selected businesses by delivering the best luxury products for discerning clients, as well as offering a close knit and high calibre community and elevated events.”

The one-of-a-kind luxury Travel Associates brand, with its clearly established network of B2C businesses in Australia and NZ, was the first wholly owned Affiliate Member of the Luxury Travel Collection.

“Travel Associates is the largest boutique luxury travel brand in AU & NZ and already has its own well-known and highly effective Marketing, Campaign and Product to Market team so did not require a full Membership of the Luxury Travel Collection,” general manager of LTC Brand, Anna Burgdorf, said.

“Where LTC delivers very tangible additional benefit to Travel Associates, is in our investment in an experienced luxury product and procurement team that has built an incredibly strong luxury house of products, our range of highly attractive Designed Itineraries and the stand-out Galeries de Luxe experiential range.

“Our purpose-built, new generation membership business supports Affiliate Members like Travel Associates with the exceptional range of products, along with its series of elevated luxury events and high calibre community.

“Our goal is to elevate luxury travel to new heights by pushing the boundaries of what currently exists in market and designing a ‘house’ that recognises and reacts to the distinctiveness and difference of each member business. Every business has its own requirements and LTC has invested in our ability to deliver bespoke solutions.”
