Mantra Group will make its debut in Asia next week when it opens a new resort in Bali.
Set to open on March 18, the Mantra Nusa Dua features 172 guest rooms, a spa and wellness facility, pool bar and in-house restaurant.
Extensive conference facilities are also available, including a ballroom catering up to 400 delegates and eight meeting rooms with a dedicated business centre.
Mantra Group chief executive Bob East expects the brand to resonate well with the Asian market, insisting that Mantra’s level of service will make the resort a “popular choice” among travellers.
“We are pleased to be opening our first Asian property in Bali, combining a familiar brand name with a popular destination for Australian travellers and further expanding our growing hotel network,” he said.
“The Mantra brand has excellent traction with the Australian market and to be the first Mantra hotel in Indonesia is a very exciting prospect.”
The Mantra Nusa Dua marks the first of a series of properties to open in Bali, with developments slated in Lombok and Seminyak over the next two years.
