Imagine Cruising has partnered with celebrated chef and Australian TV personality Manu Feildel, who will headline a bespoke culinary sailing on the Danube River as part of a 28-night package seamlessly combining land, ocean, and river experiences in August 2026.

The 7-night river cruise will see guests embark in Budapest on 8 August 2026, continuing through Europe’s heartlands with highlights including an overnight stay in Vienna, Austria, before concluding in Passau, Germany, on 15 August. Along the way, Manu Feildel will bring his passion for food and storytelling to life through a series of curated experiences.

Guests can look forward to an intimate welcome cocktail reception, a signature dinner designed by Feildel, a relaxed live cooking demonstration, and a hosted food and wine walking tour of Budapest. Each experience has been designed to feel personal and inspiring, giving guests the opportunity to connect with Feildel while discovering the flavours and culture of Europe.

Sailing on board Transcend, the vessel offers just 60 offers larger-than-usual staterooms, a wellness area and gym, engaging entertainment, and unlimited drinks.

“I am delighted to be partnering with Imagine Cruising on this incredible Danube River sailing,” the chef, restaurateur and TV personality, said. “Food and travel are two of my great passions, and I look forward to bringing them to life through a signature dinner, cooking demonstrations, and a food and wine tour of Budapest. Sharing food, stories, and travel with guests on the Danube will be very special.”

Mediterranean Voyage on a Cunard Queen

Following the river cruise with Feildel, guests will embark on a 14-night Eastern Mediterranean voyage aboard Cunard’s Queen Victoria, visiting Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Spain, complemented by hotel stays in Budapest, Barcelona, and Mestre.

This 28-night Flavours of Europe: Exclusive Culinary River Cruise & Mediterranean Voyage package runs from 6 August to 3 September 2026, and is available to book exclusively through selected travel agency partners from AU$11,999pp, including flights from all major Australian cities.

“Partnering with Manu Feildel reflects our commitment to creating bespoke, memorable holidays for Australian and New Zealand travellers, delivered with the attention to detail that defines Imagine. We’re seeing a clear increase in demand for food-led tourism and experiential travel — guests want more than just a cruise; they want to connect with culture, cuisine, and people along the way,” Imagine Cruising Australia, managing director, Alex Sirman, said.

“This package demonstrates what we do best — combining multiple travel styles into one seamless journey. From river and ocean cruising to hand-picked hotels and flights, every element has been designed and quality-checked to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests, and a product agents can sell with complete confidence.”
